Juan Williams (b. 1954) is an American journalist, political analyst, and author. Born in Colón, Panama, he attended Haverford College and then entered a career in journalism, working for the Washington Post for 23 years and for National Public Radio for 10. He currently serves as a political commentator for the Fox News Channel. His books include Eyes on the Prize: America’s Civil Rights Years, 1954–1965 (1988), Thurgood Marshall: American Revolutionary (2000), Black Farmers in America (2006), and Enough: The Phony Leaders, Dead-End Movements, and Culture of Failure That Are Undermining Black America (2007), among others.
